    Back Trouble?

Ive been getting really bad aches in my back lately. mostly off work and playing guitar.

I know there is a place on Stowell Street that does back therapies etc

    Anyone recommend anything?

Don't let some quack go casting spells on it and charging you a fortune.

Sit properly, neck some painkillers and if that doesn't work then go and get referred for some physio. Keep moving.

Valium, it can release muscle spasm pain if it is muscular. If it's a slipped disk ask for morphine tablets from your doc if it is real bad.

Have you been playing your guitar around your back like Jimi Hendrix?

Valium and morphine are hardly recommended for regular use considering their abuse potential.

The doc would only give short courses of val's and morphine not enough to get hooked

    Epiphones mate!

Nearly purchased a Tanglewood. they have an amazing sound!

Was going to get myself a Telecaster. found it a bit heavy. I aint got a clue about amps at the moment. just left it for another time, time was cracking on and had to open the Pub!
