It could be cos it's branded - my old compaq had a weird shaped board in it's case, a lot smaller than a standard ATX.

It does mean you'll have more space to stick in those little strip lights :D

i actualy just updated mine on the cheap

xp2500 and xp2600 chips + asus motherboard (the good one for over clocking) £85 from ebay

    80gig hd from a sale on a forum £20
    new case £25 from ebuyer

512 ddr 400 ram £55 from the local pc shop

qtec overclockers cooler and fan from ebay £10 ish

i re-used my other hdd, dvd and cdr drivers and fx5600 gfx card

its running 2.31ghz @ the moment on the xp2600 chip and its stable as fuck

the xp2500 chip is supposed to be better for over clocking but i couldnt get it past 2.2ghz without problems so i put it back in the bag, maybe the cooler isnt as good as i thought?

running unreal and stuff at sum decent frame rates tho with the card over clocked as well so im happy for another few years

going to fit another stick of 512 ddr 400 when i get a chance

I have never experienced so many problems in all my life over sending some documents for me to sign !

I have rang Tiny about 6 times since last week, the orders been made and i was accepted for the credit check - all they needed to do was send the papers...

Anyways they havent came till today when two lots to sign came, then there's another lot due tomorrow as well - now when i have checked the papers it turns out that they have actually fucked the order up

I have just went light down the phone with a Mr Rashid Butt - everytime i ring them they cant understand me or they have problems - am fucking sick to death of the useless bastards !!!!!

If its not sorted asap then the orders off - ****s !!!!

    Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!

I've got a 2800+ at the mo and I can only clock it to 2.21ghz.. which is 3200+ speeds!

I've got a sp-94 cooler on it.. so the temps are horrendously low..

Need to get me a 2500-m.. they can be clocked to 2.6!!!!
