    im off to get mine at midday...i no ive failed media...but with a word like 'unconditional' who needs grades? :D

    a levels were much harder wen u had a whole 2 yrs work in 1 big ass exam. they make em so much easier these days wiv all the modules lark.

    OOOPS - I just missed mine

    I was gonna go about 10 minutes ago but the school has just closed. I was supposed to get them between 9 and 10 or something. Oh well they can wait. :D

    I don't see why people do them when u can do a GNVQ (equivalent to 3 A Levels in Uni entrance).

    With a GNVQ you get assesed during the year on course work and assignments & you only have tiny multiple choice exams at the end!! Piece of piss..... yet ppl still do A Levels? Weird shit :confused:

    The AVCE that I done was worth 2 A levels and the rest are like 1 cause u only do them for 1 year or you don't do as much work or something. I don't how they work things out.

    i did an advanced GNVQ and it might sound easier in theory but in practise when your trying to juggle about 8 pieces of coursework at the same time its shit! If you get slightly behind on one it has a knock on effect and b4 you know it your trying to write 20 assignements in a week :eek:

    i'd rather do a big exam

    Yeah I have to say Biology was much easier than my AVCE cause u just had to go in and site there. In the AVCE thing u had to hand in all this work. :(

    passed mine and am off to uni in york to do sports science. GNVQ are worth 2 a-levels at the MOST and it's only for charvs who are not clever enough to take a-levels:p
