Are u "a natural" at anythin?

just a thought that popped into me head last night. for me i find driving and shooting (or drive by shootings lmao) are two things that i can just simply do, and they're the two things i can do best. always have been able to since i was a kid. got me RAF marksman badge when i was just 15 and when it comes to driving, first time i got behind a wheel at 14 in a field i felt so comfortable from the start. i'm happy drivin for hours without anywhere to go too!

so is there anythin u can do that just comes naturally? as in u don't have to think about doin it and its something u really enjoy. might be a sport or somethin u did at school or ya job? i'm just curious. :D

I was a natural golfer, played from when I was 12 and was reprasenting my county by about 15. Not played for a couple of years though :(

playin one instrument's hard enuff but playin 2 or 3 i would say shows some sort of natural flair for music. have u always been like that tho john? i mean, e.g. as a baby did u bop ya gingerself across ya mam's kitchen with perfect rhythm to the birdie song?

Music. I taught myself to play the violin, clarinet and saxophone. I only kept on with playing clarinet and sax though but gave it up when I was 18. I really wish I hadnt cos I couldve made a career out of it. I seriously considered joining the army as a musician but decided to go to college and watse 2 years of my life instead :(

Played trumpet, tenor horn and alto sax at school. I really regret not having the cash to buy an instrument to carry it on.
I'm thinking about buying something now. I'll probs look into hiring them from Windows (not Microsoft) before deciding which to buy.

i guess mine would be maths as at Y9 SATS i recorded the highest score in the region, which was well into level 9 equivalent to GCSE level. I then sat my GCSE a year early and got a grade A* and for A-levels took i advanced maths and although i never completed the course the first time around, i resat it at nightschool and came out with A's in statistics, mechanics and pure mathmatics.

however i despise maths and since leaving college i have actively avoided any further education which required the use of maths. i only took the a-levels as i felt they offered me the best chance of high grades. can you be 'natural' to something you despise?

i used to play for leeds academy at squash but then they cut the funding an i kinda stopped playing for a bit... (well from being bout 16/17 till this year!)

never really had any coaching till i went there...
