He wants it!!!! Nut MadMick knows he is the most creative player @ the SOL, so he plays him further up the park.

There is no way you can drop Mccartney from left back though he is simply superb, a fantastic prospect

McCartney isn't anywhere near as good as Arca defensively. If we had a decent left midfielder Arca would be back at left back but as we haven't he has to play on the wing. Fortunately when he plays he runs that much he does half the left backs job as well.

Its common knowledge isn't it? Julio has said it a fair few times that he prefers playing in defence.

Well in my opinion Mccartney is equally good at defensive duties as Arca, i believe Arca is our most creative player so dont like to see him further back on the pitch, he may not like playing left wing but we need his creativity in an attacking sense. The division is poor we should not worry about other teams attacking us we should be concentrating on attacking them and for me that means our most creative player in an attacking part of the field.

I see ur point but as I said....IF we had a decent left winger (we don't, I know) Arca would easily get the nod ahead of McC. Arca is better defensively, George occasionally looks lost and seems to get scared once in a while. Mind you, he was better before he was stupidly made captain...shocking decision, he's never captain material. Anyhow...both good players, Arca is better tho.

Given the current squad Arca has to play left wing...unless one of the new signings is a hidden left winger but I don't think they are. We should try for Downing again.

Apparently mate if the smoggies sign Zenden we are going to go back in for Downing on a season long loan, would be a fantastic move if we did
