(Institubes) When: Thursday 7th June For the small milestone that is our tenth show, we have a very special guest mix from one of Institubes newest signings, Curses! Luca Venezia is a busy chap. Curses!, Drop The Lime, the infamous Trouble & Bass parties in Brooklyn and a whole host of other stuff he's got going on. Jungle and breakcore is where it started for Luca. Before moving on to the rave scene, partying in warehouses and seeing the Chemical Brothers at an early age. All of these influences burst through in his music. As Drop The Lime, he churns out brain shattering, wobbly bass heavy breaks, remixing the likes of Infants, MissOddKid and Cutting Crew. Where as Curses! takes the fucked up disco/house route.
