Application to LOCK a windows folder I want a simple app to lock & p/w protect a windows folder. Theres a few about but all the ones I have tried where either really ugly or crashed.:spangled:
xp is 2000 with a new pretty front. Me is shite in NT (2000/xp) if you make a disk NTFS you can lock the disk/folders/files completely. You can't if it's FAT/32. You got partition magic? Try making a small partition, make it NTFS, lock it and putting all secret files in there. You can't get to it very easily. Or get one of those usb HDs that fits on your keyring, you can fit plenty of porn on there. That's secure as fuck as long as you don't lose it
