    About x20 - a small teaspoon of the stuff in a bucket (has to be a bucket!) inhale in a oner, hold it in for 30 seconds then exhale slowly, leave planet earth and have the most psychedelic experience youll ever have! :)

    A bucket is essential for a full on trip.

    Salvia is strange, some people hardly get effects off it whilst others are left speechless after having a toke of the magic stuff.

    What do you mean? Doing other mind benders before doing a bucket? Or just experiences in the past?

    Nothing will affect or prepare you for salvia. I like getting stoned beforehand then having a joint again straight after peaking off a lethal extract bucket.

    If you like being in control of things i really wouldnt do salvia - but if you couldnt give a fuck you wont find anything better suited! :love:
