Anyone superstitious? Anyone got any superstitions? I'm starting to get a bit superstitious about my brushes with terrorists! first time i went to miami i was going to eat at a bar in hollywood, florida where 2 of the terrorists were reported to have had a fight that very same lunchtime the wenesday before they did the WTC thing I was flying home on september 11th next time i went away i was re-assuring my mum that there would be no terrorists doing anything on a flight from paris to miami.....that man with bombs in his shoes was on the flight right after mine and duuuur! i just realised on sunday morning (while in a bit of a state ) that ive booked my flight home on september 11th....bit spooky really. I wondered why it was cheap and available!! apparently alot are going to be cancelled so maybe i will be stranded and my run of good luck? will continue as for superstitions....has anyone heard the one where u cant cut your nails on a sunday? :spangled:

bloody hell helz! u do pick um dont ya! but me wud do the same, fly on sept 11th! its cheaper!!!!! its all just a co-incidence, dont worry hun!!!!!!
i didnt do it on purpose! i'd rather pay more...miami airport makes you go through about 7-8 security tests and you have to stand in massive queues for each of them and then leg it to catch your plane...its been on the news over there that they are stepping up security measures in the airports on september 11th for fears of nutcases soing a copycat job :evil:
