anyone seen my IP? reet.. my computer keeps loosing its connection with the net, its not the connection thru telewest, thats fine... ..it appears to keep dropping or loosing my ip address after about 5 10 mins of being online... if i restart it, it works for the same time period.. then looses its connection again... weve tried releasing and renewing the IP in dos.. virus scanned it.. now im at a total loss anyone help please?! tom
its 100% something to do with my machine... the connection is there, it just wont d/l the pages.. or connect to msn... 1 meg broadband, not wireless... no firewall cos ive just formatted the hard disk - this was happening before i formatted it...
usb modem got a network card which i used to use, with a blue network cable... but it doesnt bring anythin up... any good?
nah its deffo my pc.. plugged this rats in an it works fine.. it fucked up wen i first got the net last year but my mate fixed it then.. hes in munich now so not much chance of him gettin round to do it everything is fine apart from the fact it wont connect on screen... rang telewest - gash
