    yeah but how does it "guess" which part you re gonna use? or am i just being completely thick as pig shit?

    adding the 2 digits together and then subtracting that from the original number will always give you a number in the 9 times table.

    ie. 9, 18, 27, 36, 45, 54, 63, 72, 81

    if you look at these numbers on the chart, they will always have the same symbol...pressing refresh will change the symbols around. but the same symbol will be on each of these numbers,

    so just look next to the number 18, see the symbol, then thats what will appear in ur 'crystal ball'

    its not really brain surgery...ill find u that card trick later...that should keep you confused for a couple of hours :p

    it doesn't know the exact number it just knows that it's one of the 9times tables hence, as heather says, these are always given the same symbol.:)
