Anyone ever worked for the Halifax?

Got an interview there tomorrow for "casual hours" work. Anyone know if this means im gonna have absolutely no hours some weeks then a shitload other weeks or is it just that the hours are felxible for example around uni

Casual hours should mean that you giv them a bit notice letting them know what you can work and they work your shifts around that.Will most likely be much less flexible though lol

I worked for the Halifax customer service centre next to manors for 10 months

didnt work flexible hours though, was just 9-5 everyday
