We all get like that sometimes, me more than most I seem to think. When u get like that, u tend not to see the positive stuff tho. The more u think abt it, the worse it gets in ur mind and u start blowing things out of proportion and stuff. There isn't an easy fix for when u get like this, other people are right tho, u just have to try to think positive. Look at all the good stuff in ur life and try balancing it out with all the bad stuff u are thinking about. Easier said than done I know but u won't help urself by feeling worse more and more, thinking positive is the only alternative in the long term. :)

    ^^ exactly.

Sitting in your room dwelling on it or in front of a computer like I am right now doesn't help at all. If you do something to keep your mind occupied, spend time with mates or just do something it gets rid of these feelings.

PS Lee when you get a job you're moving somewhere this side of the Tyne :king:

Thats part of my problem really. Don't see my mates much and have far too much time 2 think and get things out of proportion. Nass is right.

I get sick of my life quite frequentlly. Things often end up going wrong and I often find it really hard to be positive about stuff cos I cant find any reason to be positive.

lee's right though, the more you think about it the worse it gets :D

no.. youve got to do something before you die.. otherwise you might aswell never be alive?

u work and live...then die. its how it has got to be. nothing depressing about it really. We just follow the course of life

most of the people on here will probably hammer the chemicals too much and the 40 years of work will be bout 7 :)

I'm usually pretty upbeat about stuff. I can however remember doing a 9-5 job when i was 17 that I hated and i used to think 'shit, this is what my whole life will be like'. That's kinda why I started working in clubs, i'd rather be having fun and earning less money so I just glass collected for ages. crap money but I never thought 'shit I've gotta go to work' because there was always something new happening.

Maybe a change of job could help?
