hmm, not really...i live with one, and shes been no use! i need a rough quote for fitting out a shop. painting, building work, putting up changing rooms, mirrors etc... unless you know roughly how much it costs?
i could probably find out some costs, but it could take a while, and im a bit stuffed for time at the moment. If you can get someone to log in on the computers in ellison building, on the built environment network thing, then you can go to a website called BCIS which has a huge list of past construction and building projects, be it refurbs, new builds or fit outs including retail. There might be some decent info for you in there. Theres also a book avaiable in the library called Spons, which is a price book, so will have items like carpets, floowing, ceilings, furniture for retail use listed as price per square metre. I hate the book now, but it could again help you! Ive got a cd here i could try and get copied with the Spons info on it.
I deal with quite a few of shopfitters and builders at work, could put you in touch with someone to sort it depending on the size of the job, what exactly is to be done?
