I've just got a blackberry from work the 8900 curve,, its amazing,, I would never have a normal mobile phone again !!!!

its only got a 3.2MP camera but the quality is ten times better than the 5mp on the LG viewty i previously had

I always go for the best phone available at the time of my contract running out. but relised not long ago as long as it has decent camera, the internet, can call and txt im a happy man.

Im defo just gonna go with one of them sim only contracts next time and buy a half decent handset.
save a fortune in the long run.

Depends how careful you are. A lot of the new phones seem to be so designed around style/fashion that once you drop it, it's in pieces. I've dropped by N95 loads of times and I think having the screen inset from the surrounding plastic acts as a guard, whereas my m8 dropped her N86 for the first time and it was completely smashed.

i love my iphone

its the best bit of technology i've owned yet

one or two dumb things it doesnt do, like the inability to send contacts, but its so good at other things i forgive it

the cameras shit, but amazing internet, great video playing /streaming, 16gd ipod, 1100 games available, visual voicemail, GPS, apps for just about anything and super simple design and operation.

costs the same as the last awful sony ericsson i owned

Quite a few decent phones on the market atm, im using the LG Renoir but quite fancy selling it so i can buy the LG Arena as it looks mint

When the new iPhone comes out, it should be good as long as the video recording etc works well. There's too many funny occasions in life that requires a video recorder in your pocket which is why I've never once considered getting an iPhone. Not too keen on touch screen phones either..
