Tho im starting to like me Techno now but havent got a fucking clue about it

im affraid to say that going from a girl who loes fanny trance, im starting to be swayed towards the harder side of things, and its all el maracca's bad influence. im staring to love anything i can stomp to, and although i still like my trance, bosh bosh bosh HH and hard trance is the way forward!!

but i dont think i will ever learn to like techno!

I prefere Tech trance so i dont think i fall into any of those catagories

I like many styles and its hard to pinpoint my fav but at the mo its defo hard dance wether it be house or trance it has to be hard!!!

It's got to be hard dance - it's no good just having music to listen to in nightclubs, you need to dance.

I don't think anything is the "way forward" anymore. I think there's too many sub-genres for that now.

Kerry, we had this convo today babe, Hard Trance is not good! Trance, however, is going back to the way it should be, nice and melodic. Went hard as tits for some time after '99/'00, but it seems to be going back to the norm. If you notice, all the great old tunes are being re-released, and there's some new stuff floating 'round that's very reminiscent of the sound we called Trance back in the day.

Techno is getting very very big. I hold Mauro Picotto almost personally responsible for this. Sure, all the big jocks were around before Mauro's rise to glory, but before him, Techno was a very acquired taste. He educated a lot of people, and that paved the way for the others to come through and do their thing.

Which is the best? Why, House Music, of course!
