dont suppose anyone knows much about these things?

i need an email solution for someone who is not at technically minded, but one that is capable of downloading large images and printing them (it's for work, it needs to be able to print a4 bluprints that are sent)

i know this thing can recieve / send email, and print. but im unsure about how it would handle images... cos if he cant recieve the images it may as well not be there, they are kinda critical to his job :p

    anyone?

even that may be beyond them... i bought them a dvd player, only to get a call saying 'theres something wrong with it, it's just looping the same bit over and over' i thought it must have been a problem wiht the disc... oh no, they had just been watching the menu screen for about half an hour.
