We've just been at the airport seeing my m8 off as he was leaving for Africa to live :( We noticed a 'flights to Amsterdam for £9.99' banner though and we all decided we're up for a trip over today or tommorow.

I'm guessing it's not going to be a tenner for a flight and looking on the internet I've seen nothing under £60 :(

Whats the cheapest way of getting there/back? I went on a ferry last time for about £70 including a hostel.

its only a tenner if you book it like a year in advance, im going on the boat at the end of the month for 60quid, but as everyone knows you only get 8 or so hours there, im sure you dont have to get the next days boat back home though, so travel lightly and kip in the Vondelpark if its nice

jet2.com is the lowest flights iv seen but they are only usualy cheaper if you book a few weeks in advance, maybe try going to the airport and seeing if there are any cancellations?

    bastard :(

We're all dying to go today but it doesnt look like we'll be to afford it right now. :( I'd go and see about cancellations but we've already been once today and payed £8 for parking so i'm not going back unless i know I'm off to the dam.
