hahaha He's gonna get his head kicked in by Barrera.

Fair enough Barrera is getting on and old but he will still take Khan apart on Khan's recent showings.

Could he end Khan's career before its properly started? He finished Nassem Hamed's can he do the same to Khan?

I remember the Hammed fight can't believe people thought he would beat Barrera

I wouldnt be so sure like, Barrera doesnt look good at lightweight, hes chubby for his natural build and alot slower than he was.I'd like nothing more than to see the Barrera of old beat Khan to a pulp but I cant see it happening I'm afraid

Slower or not Khan has no chin. Barrera is clever and wont be drawn into fighting at Khan's pace and will pick him off in about the 4th when Khan is trying to figure out what to do next once his initial game plan isn't working.

I think Barrera will probably grind out a points decision but dont think Khan will be embaressed. However another loss will really fuck up Khans career

Barrera's brain will win this one, he is the 7 time world champion and has been one of the most exciting fighters i have ever seen. he will be more than capable of nicking Khant's chin even if he is old and past it

Amir Kahn't isn't good enough for a fight this big i think its a total injustice in genuinely good fighters who work their fucking balls off for bigger better opponents and to get their names about - fair enough MAB in long since past his best but its still a bigger fight than Breidis Prescott is getting, and he broke the horrible little cunts face after 54 seconds!

quite a small lightweight barrera loyke and whats kahn 5'11?

they've taken the fight coz they obviously think he's shot and if he wins puts him back in the picture

dangerous fight i reckon. dunno how it'll go

I can't see anything but a Barrera win personally.
Unless he's really lost it, which I doubt very much.

5 inch height difference, five, inch reach difference and a massive difference in speed, Barrera is going to have to use his brain like to be fair but I think he will win on points still

Bit of a strange one this? The Khan camp must be confident with this booking... Amir has slimmed right down his torso is much slimmer than his last fight the trainers have done this on purpose for more speed and movement, it must have worked.. If he wins this he's a fighter like I do expected him to get knocked out within 6 rounds tho. glass jaw

This is an interesting one. Barrera isnt a massive puncher but Kahn's been floored by lesser fighters!

It all depends how past it Barrera is and if Khan is as good defensively as he is going forward.

If he wins hes right in contention for a title shot, if he loses its a big set back in his career. Frank Warren is known for holding fighters back a bit too much so you cant blame him for wanting to push Khan along faster.

Im pretty sure Freddie Roach has suggested this fight because he believes Khan can win, Roach isnt daft so thats why I'm not certain Barrera will win
