What a joke!!! He was just starting to look good towards the end of last season! What the hell is the point of selling a promising young England international. He was brilliant in Under 21 tournament aswell. It's fucking ridiculous selling him for a million or whatever. Surely we've got plenty of money to spend now! I'm really pissed off at selling him!
I'm really starting to get worried now. If we had an injury situation like last year, or an outbreak of something like at the beginning of last season, we are totally fucked! Not looking forward to this season at all atm, unless we make quite a few signing. Remember, we may even have a lot more games to play than last year, with the shite that is the Intertoto
I'm not the biggest Ambrose fan but this is a crap bit of business. He was just starting to show the promise that we'd heard so much about, IMO.
