Allen Carrs easy way to stop smoking

Hmm was a little sceptical about this book, but its really worked! It kind of just drills the idea into ur head that you dont need or want to smoke when u actually smoke.

Ever since I started reading it I have really thought about it when Ive had a cigarette (your encouraged to smoke throughout the book until the end)

Then I smoked my last cigarette this morning! So fingers crossed. It was surprisingly really good I know everyone will probably laugh. Im just going to re-read when I feel the need to have one! Its made me see smoking in a really different way even though I knew it all already I suppose you just try to ignore it.

    :)

I thought this was the comedian until I looked it up on google. I was gonna say, I never thought I'd see the day when he stopped smoking fags.

Are you going cold turkey katie?

I got Bronchitis in January and didnt smoke at all until I went to Amsterdam in Feb (I smoked less than 10 all weekend) I then had a few a few weeks ago when I was at Goodgreef but totally hammered them on sat night :( Damn heated smoking areas

Might give this a try :)

    at Granty,

Yeah I am Zoe, The book just says theres no point in carrying on putting Nicotine in your body and you will be over the worst stage in 3 weeks,

It kind of just says dont see it as the worst stage, see it as something good! All sounds a bit far fetched but you should def give it a shot Im surprised x

I've read it twice now, and hate when people ask what it says or what's in it, cos it's hard to describe. It works well though, and makes quitting much easier imo.

Thankfully I don't need to. Personally I am not a smoker but I do quite like smoking.

I wanna quit, it's expensive, really bad for my health, pointless, all it does is satisfy my craving for nicotine that non smokers don't have

I am forever telling non-smokers how jealous I am of them! Also recently I have started to enjoy it less; notice the taste smell etc more so.

Health also, I want to be able to breath easier and have wondered for a while if how easily I get out of breath is down to smoking as much - haha unfortunately I doubt it will be!

once you realize you smell worse than 2 girls and 1 cup you soon go off the idea of smoking.

it takes a few weeks of being away from the tabs to get to this point, but once you do, everyone around you who still smokes will be sick of the fucking sight of you and tired of constantly being reminded that they smell like a rotten corpse sat in a CIU club ashtray at last orders

i smoked for 15+ years and have been stopped almost 9 months now and can honestly say, it got awfully peaceful.
