After going for an extremely successful interview at NRG, who recruit for Orange, I thought get up there, nothing stands in the way of me and a better job til Orange throw the towel in and say that they have recruited enough people for the job.supposedly.

TWATS.......wasting money to get into town outta town eat and drink....(had to go for a pint) these agencies are all one big money making scam which is not good for any of us.

sorry just really pi$$ed off. Kelly services has got to be the worst agency...had many a fall out with them.

any other horror stories?

i have worked for both kelly's & pertemps but now have a contract with BT......................i hope to never work 4 an agency again cos they don't have a fooking clue with what they r doing!!!!!!!!!!

I'm working at SITEL at the moment, but need out the hours are shite, there is a girl called ashley bayley just started at BT dunno if u know here(its a big place I know) but what are the hours like at BT and conditions also is there any flexibility?

there r dif hrs - i work qtr to 8 til half 3........u have to work alternate saturdays..............

yeah there r targets to meet - don't know wha tthe agencie sget paid but including no complaints bonus i'm on bout £8 an hr plus sales bonus....................they're currently tryin gto action plan ppl who's conversion rate is crap...........the calls that r coming in aren't 4 broadband tho so what do they expect......Out of 17 calls this morning i have 1 call where i cud've sold broadband!!!!

it's not bad as Phil said, I started @ one2one after leaving BT cos it was shit. That was 5 years ago, moneys good, people are ok if you understand makems. Bit of a hike from the toon but ok if you have a car. Good benefits private health care, and Phil's always good for a laugh on a sat morning after he's been to promise
