Whats strange darude? That was a T1 line at Uni, its constant! BT by any chance? It might actually 576k! Mine is the same.
Mine was doing fucking 400k/s steady 2 weeks ago, and then rose! I'm only on 512k. It's never happened before! It wasn't playing tricks, it downloaded the file at the same speed as it was telling. Came far faster than it would have normally at 52k..
