Abu Qatada. He's not done anything he can be charged with, he's been locked up for years without trial, his main thing seems to be preaching hatred against non-muslims, he possibly collected money for Jihad. Either he preached hatred which is an offence you can be locked up for or he didn't. If he didn't then why is he locked up? If he did why isn't he locked up? We seem to want to deport him to Jordan so he can be tortured. As soon as we move into injustice and going against the rule of law we get ourselves into this shit. There are laws against doing what he did, why don't we use them?
If Jordan is a no-go, why not just deport him to one of the other countries that want to have him charged/arrested? The US, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Algeria... Take your pick.
