    a RAM question

What's going to give better performance...

    1066mhz @ 5-5-5-18 or 800mhz @ 4-4-4-12?

Will there be a massive difference?

There's so much RAM to choose from, I can't decide

I was thinking 2 lots of this: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/111439

    ta :king:

I've decided to drop the Raptor, going to go with the Seagate only for now, may add another later and RAID0..not too sure yet.

Also opted for a 750watt PSU instead, and changed the CPU cooler to a Tuniq Tower.

I'm not certain on the case choice...but I think i'll stick with it.

Ordered the RAM and Cooler from Overclockers, going too see if I can add the CPU on as they have the retail version on special offer.

Going to order the rest when ebuyer get back to me!

Going to be overclocking it a bit too, probs get the CPU to 3.0ghz and tweak the ram a bit too. Theres plenty of cooling to allow for it!

gona be a beast like, my current machine is nearly 8 years old

    indeed :p

I've once again decided against the Raptor and my descision is final!

Going for 64 bit Vista, apparantly there are shit loads of driver issues with XP 64.
