    could someone please recommend a good book for me?

    adventure, horror, conspiracy...any of these genres or something along those lines...

    no i would'nt say i was brainless knuckle head i don't go looking for fights im quite a quiet lad and fighting does'nt justify anything
    but there's something hardmen have and that's respect. obviously these two blokes came to a sorry end and that was them as they were in way's bullys which i am not as i would'nt like it. my liking is cage fighting which i would like to get into i train at the gym 5 times a week i do boxing twice a week and ju-jitsu 3 times a week im going to start off boxing ABA then see about cage fighting at alater date :)

    how are you joe it was my talk with you in way's made me sort my act out mate, been of the drugs 5 months now and have many things to ocupy my mind something of a fittness freak now who'd of thought from 5- 10 buckets a day pills and coke every other week to training every day never felt better:D :wink:
