Firt off a massive thankyou to everyone who has supported us in our first year with exhibit a, the parties have been amazing and so have the crowd, thank you! For our birthday line up we’ve decided to pull together some of the finest names on the local circuit to help us celebrate in style, this time reaching over to sunny Sunderland and bringing some dirty mackems back with us… In the main room this month we have Garry Ogden, Keiron Sawkill & Ross Fellows, residents and creators of the excellent WARD 10; based at Independent in Sunderland and responsible for bringing artists such as Germany's Manuel Tur, Secretsundaze' James Priestley, Burnski, and last but definitely not least Marcus Worgull to the North East. Joining them on the decks we have a DJ who needs no introduction, an exhibit a favourite and avid supporter of exhibit a since our humble beginnings last year, MARK LOWRY; resident at shindig and a fucking quality DJ/Producer, if you missed his last few sets at exhibit a make sure you get down for this one, the last were amazing, especially his all night stint playing back to back to back with Scott Udberg and Del last August. Warming up downstairs we have Sharon Common, winner of exhibit a introduces… and brand new resident. Nice one Sharon Upstairs we have another big hitter on the minimal and underground house and techno scene in Newcastle SCOT NICOLSON; the co creator of error and resident/promoter of disco noir, the re-birth of a classic night seeing Scot warm up for some of the best cutting edge artists of today such as Troy Pierce, Matthias Tanzmann, Magda, Guido Schneider, Konrad Black, Ripperton, Dan Ghenacia, Shonky, Matt Tolfrey, Marc Ashken, Italoboyz, Axel Bartsch and many more. Warming up the backroom are NICKY MANN & PAUL BONNICK and GRAHAM LAVERTY, well done to graham also for wining exhibit a introduces… and become our second new resident.
