Re: Re: 24 Hell yeah you will! I was the same - didn't watch any 24 until back in January when I saw all of Day 1 and was immediately hooked. By June I had watched Day 2, 3, 4 and 5 and by the end of July I had watched all of Day 6 It's awesome! But Day 1 has got to be the best of them all!
it arrived in the post on friday, i'd finished it by sunday i've seen the trailer for series 7... wow, there's a good twist with a new, but familiar faced, baddie they're signed up for an 8th series + the film should be due out by 2009
The film....oooh, how will that work? Will it be a film which lasts 24hrs, or a regular length movie called "94 minutes" or something like that? Looking forward to Day 7 though
think its just a normal length film based over 24 hours from what i've read series 7 in jan... c'mon!
haha a film that lasts 24 hours I can't see the film being any good. The main reason 24 is so good is cos they have the time/space to fit in a load of twists and a good plot. If they try to shove a load of that into 120mins it'll be shite. (imo)
I'd rather watch a 24 movie which is still in real-time and the storyline is just over the 120 minutes or whatever. Probably couldn't fit much into it, but could be worth a try!
So basically 2 episodes of 24 There's no way they could do a real-time 120minute film and have any sort of realistic plot. Unless it's over the petty theft of a yoghurt from the CTU fridge.
Well, yeah like two episodes. Hmm. Still, it'll be weird for it not to be real-time, that was the whole point in 24!! Plus, anyone who steals Jack Bauer's yoghurt deserves to be killed. Tortured for information first, of course.
