24.09.08::The NEW RELAPSE::COSMIC BALLROOM::RM1=INDIE:RM2=ELECTRO/BREAKS/DUBSTEP/ETC I should have probably put this up before now but this Wednesday I start a new residency in room 2 of the Cosmic Ballroom playing a mix of anything from dubstep to house to old-school from 11 till 2.30. Entry's cheap at 4 squid and there are drink promos all night long. Here's all the official stuff: The New Relapse is a brand new Alternative Indie night held every Wednesday at The Cosmic Ballroom. We aim to stray away from the typical, monotonous Indie club scene by playing fresh new music, whilst also throwing in some classics for good measure. The New Relapse consists of two rooms: Room 1 - (DJ Neil Partington/Alternative, Indie, New Wave). Playing the likes of The Smiths, Pavement, Justice, Late At The Pier, Clor, The Rolling Stones, Daft Punk, Beck, The Strokes etc, etc. Room 2 - (DJ Gareth Hocking/Electro, House, Breakbeat). Playing the likes of Benga, Orbital, The Prodigy, Lukes Anger, Kraftwerk, Ed Chamberlain, Scan One, Miami Bass, Dexorcist, etc etc.
