Yey tis 2 weeks today since i last had a tab

Looks like lung cancer aint gonna get me this times round.

Yey no more cancer sticks for me ever.

well done mate the longest ive whent with out is 4 days and that killed me any pointers mate ???

watch your grandad cough up chucks of his lungs up when he is dying of lung cancer (still took nearly 9 1/2 yrs to quit after seeing it like), just figure out how much it costs each month and have a partner who doesn't smoke so you aint around it all the time.

And another good point. Tomorrow morning dont have a tab first thing then next time you are near someone who smokes smell them. They stink.

i smoke way to much like jem i bet you and steve though i had hired a smoke machine on wed but was just me in the conre look im even having a tab now this silly its getting out of hand

thats also my prob jem..i can smoke as little as 20 a week!!

also i don't have the will power & i like spliffs too much!!!
