should be an interesting match. i was gonna go but im lettin my bro go instead... Bask in the brilliance that is the the fortress
someone said it's a quarter of a mile from the top of the new stand to the corner flag in the gallowgate end. hope u got good seats!
Re: 1st Toon Game MARK, IT WILL BE THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING YOU WILL EVER WITNESS! Were are you sitting? Are you in the Gallowgate end with Scott & Scobby?
when we beat sunderland 2-0 last year i missed the first goal cos i was still trying to drag myself up the 7 floors, with possibly the worst hangover ive ever had
Re: Re: Re: 1st Toon Game I have watched every European game in the Platinum club, apart from the view the other major benfit is you can order your half time drinks in advance!!!!! why frustrating? You will see
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: 1st Toon Game I am working late, if I get out b4 7pm I am there. Is that Terry the chip wrapper fan?
im the same, ive never ever been to a fotty match in me life!! lol......not missing out on much tho! xx
ur telling me...at times it's so emotional tha tu can cry...u come out of a match shaking cos of the addrenilan!!!!
absolutely, the atmosphere at st james' is electric. didn't realise this game was on tonight, might go myself. are there still tickets spence? probs will be for the 1892 bit.
There are tickets available for all parts of the ground Price £15-£22 for adults. Box office open up to ko. The Plat & 1892 club sold out.
Exactly, i want to go to a football match, not because i am interested much in football, but i want to experience the atmosphere
unfortunatly this is not the case anymore, the atmosphere if far from what it used to be. Hopefully its gonna be better tonight
The fans who have come to ST James park in UEFA cup have been outstanding, some of the best fans I have ever seen. In the Premiership Leeds & Portsmouth have been the noisiest fans @ SJP this season. Real are expected to bring 100 tonight
i'm lucky that i've only been to 1 match where we have lost & that was the last champions league match against barcelona but i was there 4 tino's hatrick also!!!
I've been to St James four times in total , twice in the executive seats wit hnosh, free bevy the lot and twice in the Jackie Milburn stand. The atmosphere is non existent in the exec seats though the grub is amazing. Nothing like Parkhead but I love my fitbaw and I'm still going to the everton match coming up soon. Spence > the Man City fans were drowning out the whole of St James until they started loosing.
