Anyone got one of these or know whether they're much cop?

There's a lot of people think that it's a pretty good system on the runnserworld forums.

Yeah I've just read a few reviews and doesn't seem to have been anything negative written about it. Just wanted to know if anyone's actually used one, and if they think it's worth it?

Think my bro has this, Ill ask him next time I speak to him what the low-down is.

He says theyre spot on, worth it and best if you get the proper trainers.
