like andy & dave, I've put on events (such as the durham boat) where bus/coach price is involved. it's never usually that cheap to hire bus companies and the final price adds up per mile & people on board.

at the end of the day the party will be worth the price. i'd hate to think about the amount of money i've spent over the years to have a good night out. but it's all been worth it.

it's not as if detox is a first time promoter with no track record of putting quality nights on.

Spending £19 on the 3rd of March to travel half way across the country for a Detox house party with about 20 other people... priceless.

we dont ever remember shindig putting taxis on for the hexham lads to get back home after a night out in the dig

you need to get a life if that fishing is the best you can do

lol you were able to put taxi's on cos you get about 50 people through the door, most clubs can't lavish such attention on individuals as they have hundreds/thousands of punters.

£19 is a rip off.

im sorry... but detox had a certain element about it that u cant get anywhere else(other than underground london) , i would rather spend my money on an event where the people are there for the music and the atmosphere than go to an over commercialised gig where people are only there coz its the "in thing". i think its a bargain!!

theres nothing underground about £19, I can fly to austrria for less.
