JJB Gyms Just joined one today, how good are they? Got my own personal trainer aswell who's hot Haven't felt this alive in a while
i drove to the gym in the town from uni for a massive workout, i musta been in there all of 10 minutes before i started to fall asleep. i spent more time looking for the car park ticket i lost under the seat.

This has got lots of machines so you'd be hard pushed to not get on what you want...swimming pool, Jacuzzi's, Steam rooms, sun beds, breakfast bar and loads of classes you can do! All brand new and modern
I pay £62 a month for what sounds the same at David Lloyds...... Having said that there isnt a JJB near me so i'd probably end up spening more on petrol so i suppose it events out.... Still, makes me realise i'm blatently paying over the odds
I go to the Shields gym; don't waste time trying to go after work between 5pm and 7.30pm as you've got to wait around for machines. I usually try to go at around 8 when it starts to quieten off. January is shit though, I almost quit earlier this year as they took on far too many new members and even later on an evening you were having to wait for equipment. Most had went back to old habbits by mid-February and it calmed down...
