my mate at work was there on thursday. said the food was terrible. said had been blatantly been microwaved. their group had spent £150. when he went to complain to the manager she told him to go and see the bouncer?!

the bouncer was apparantly being very aggro. my mate then went to the bar and got drenched in water by the bar staff

they then went to go to popolos and the bouncer from blue coyote actually went over to the bouncers at popoplo and told them not to let my mate and friends in as they had complained (apparantly blue coyote own popolos?)

Any place that uses bouncers to 'deal' with customers who arent happy about the service wouldnt be getting any visits from me any more.

    Absolutely one million percent shocking.

i've been there a few times recently and had a problem every time. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful, and one accused me of being a liar (not in so many words but you get the idea...)

    It's also overpriced imo.

Used to be good when you got 25% off with snap fax and it had first opened though.
