thats why this board is so poor and its why this FAO has got like over 250 posts , i mean it comes to something when an FAO between me and the spence gets that many replies

I have done like 30-40 posts defending something i have spent 5 years building up and i dont see anything wrong with that,

I don't. I think Promise died an embarassing death. If it was a horse it would've been shot long before it was pulled, which is a shame cos it was a former Derby winner.

I base it on nothing other than the fact that it seemingly wound you up. I've never been to Detox, but truth be told it sounds like I'd probably enjoy, and what you're doing is admirable. But as I have already said:

altho it was a canny night , it would never appear in any of my top 5 all time nights

i think what you mean to say is it was an accomplished runner

which is fair enough but detox is going from strength to strength its good to have at least 1 decent night running for people who enjoy that sort of music
