Website makeover Nice to see a slight makeover to the website although one thing is bugging me a little. Despite updating the website you still have a comment by Parks and Wilson stating that Promise is one of the best Friday nights in the country. I think if you spoke to Parks and Wilson now they would dispute this comment somewhat. Secondly the comment Anthony Pappa gave about Promise being the nearest thing to Twilo. Unfortunately me thinks not, Twilo could book world class d.j's and was before it closed down a world class club. In contrast Promise can do neither of the aforementioned things. Don't you think it's time to remove these farcical comments?
Re: Website makeover PVD.. Picotto Hardwick Farley Kelly Gielen Signum Bond Scot Project Sir Guy cant b arsed typing anymore...
kid, no offence, but dispite them being good, i wouldnt consider the likes of kelly, farley, bond and scot project to be world class djs. as 4 back 2 basics, fuck off. all u ever seem to do is slag promise off? and 'aforementioned things'?? wot fuckin dictionary did ya swallow this week ya twat.
yeh after puttin em down now i really shud of fort b4 i just typed a load of deejays i know what ur sayin pvd and picotto are up there tho... its just all back2basics... ever does is cum on and start sum random arguement over nothing... i mean if he hates promise so much.. why come on here :spangled:
exactly, thats why i used the words twat and fuck off in the same post. hardwick is also up there wiv PvD imo.
I don't know who's booked for next year, i'll wait with sheer anticipation. Glad i got your attention too, i care because you do (in the words of the Aphex Twin!)
Where did i say Twilo was a prog club? Twilo hosted Danny Tenaglia, Sasha and Digweed, PVD, Jimmy Van M, Junior Vasques, Steve Lawler etc. How many of the above listed could or have played your night? Not many, so in my own opinion that doesn't really make you much like Twilo muscially.
No i haven't but would have loved to, u r a lucky guy for having been. I've got mountains of sets from d.j's who played there and all i meant was that musically the stuff u do now is nothing like Twilo, the old line-up's maybe. As for club style i can't comment as i ain't been!
