saw them at wembley stadium july 91 - 15 YEARS AGO!!!!! when they had the proper line up... now it's just axl plus mates


However.... 'Welcome to the jungle' the way axl does it - ALWAYS blows u away - i think i'll miss it... it wouldn't be the same nowadays...

I love GnR but its only Axel Rose who is still in the band, the rest of them told him to go fuck himself a long time ago

I'm thinking about it. Used to love them - seen them at Gaterhead about 10 years ago.

Chances are, they're proper rubbish now though.

they were fucking awful at download apparently

it was on MTV lastnight, they were very bad compared to other performances i have seen them do. i just hope they are good at newcastle

I seen them when they played leeds a few years back, they were good live but there was blatently no spark on stage, it was like watching axl performing with a bunch of session musicians.

My mate seen them at download and Axl aparently walked off in a strop because a plastic bottle landed on stage he turned around and said I'm a profesional and don't need to put up with this shit, walked off and everyone started booing, then he came back on to play to half a crowd

not a fan of velvet revolver though, seen them at the arena and the datsuns blew them away

Be prepared for a late night, apparently they didn't get off the stage in Sheffield until after 12 earlier this week.

gotta say i'm a massive gnr fan but i'd rather chew on my own sweaty balls than pay to see axl rose doin not much more than sing karaoke.

I went last night and have to say I was fairly impressed while they were on stage.

Came on stage at 10(ish) and left the stage roughly at 12.

Pretty good gig overall.

were bullet any good?
