I know that mate, i just posted it as a lot of people seem to buy one bottle of water from the bar and then re-fill it in the toilets. If this is the case and customers are happy to do so then shouldnt the taps be running at their full capability ? Just a thought ! :)

I'm not sure about the health and safety laws on that one, can't you get your bottle re-filled at the bar with clean cold water?

Probably won't be able to do this due to cross contamination, ie if the bottle touches the tap and you have been drinking out of the bottle, bacteria may pass onto the tap which will then be passed onto other people's bottles. All to do with Health and Safety. You could just get a glass of water and pour it into your bottle (depending on your co-ordination of course)!

As far as I know it is against the law not to serve free drinking water. The way some places get around it is to effectively charge for use of the glass!

the air con in foundation seems fine to me....infact sometimes it seems cold! also in the republic there are places where you can go to cool down....the lobby area by the entrance always seems really cool even on very busy nights. it makes sense that if you are overheating they you would stop dancin and find a cool place doesnt it?

    aye.
respect to smart e - this is the most important point.
i very rarely take pills now but have plenty of m8s that still do.
the ones that remember to drink fluids, chill out from time to time and take in proportion what they can handle are ALWAYS ok.

its the fucking muppets who think its 'hard' or 'cool' to neck 10 pills and go mental not thinking about the consequences are often ending up fooked or even in hospital.

then the papers get hold of these cases and soon all clubbers are whacked with the same brush thinking this is what clubbing is all about.

im not in anyway sayin this is what the lad @ crasher did, im just generalising

Just like to point out to anyone reading this thread who may be offended, I can speak for all of us when I say although we are ranting and raving this is unrelated to the guy who lost his life on saturday... our hearts go out to him... we don't know the cricumstances in which he died, therefore we'd be idiots to brand him with any brushes... this more a rant about the current state of drugs in clubs.

I can't stress enough how sorry we are, its just a sorry state when the press pick this up and turn it into yet another leah betts... does anyone know any more on this, I have heard nothing on the radio or tv (Radio 1 is usually very quick on ecstacy deaths)

    WOT YA ON BOUT???

i explained y i thought it wos outta context! fair do's if u wanna call ya self a raver! but when papers say rave they make it sound like the illegal drug takin frenzys of the late 80's!

when u tell ya ma your goin out to town do u say ur goin ravin? u dont ya say ur goin clubbin! (unless ur goin to c DJ Scott lol) :p

The way I see it is, there are always going to be clubbers who are going to take drugs in clubs and the only thing clubs can do is to accommodate them by providing good air conditioning and FREE drinking water!! I don’t think they fill your water bottle at the bar, because every time I’ve gone to ask them they have said no, although they have gave me a glass! The staff at foundation are wikid and do try there best to accommodate us! What happened at Crasher on Saturday is a tragedy and I genuinely feel for the parents of the lad who died. But the only way we are going to get round this is by us (the clubbers) know what we are doing there are a number of different sites out there who provide good information on all the drugs available out there. http://www.ravesafe.com is a good website and although being an American site it has great information on there!!

Anyway im starting to ramble but I feel very strongly on this subject and feel that I should add my two cents!!
    :) :p
