I've been off all week and doing canny, but I always fall down when I'm out for a pint then end up smoking again

A friend of mine went to one, will try to get hold of the number. It was around £125 I think.

every pint you have, swill a mix of half a pint of water in ur mouth and a full ash tray, then rinse

u will quickly learn to hate cigarettes

free, easy, better and more reliable than hypnotist
