    It looks identical only with a single exhaust, it's 1.9tdi.

    I would recommend an FSI engine unless you're after the best economy like I am.

    I get 45-51mpg depending on where I'm driving, and its chipped to about 125 bhp from the original 105. The chip maker claims it gets you up to 135bhp but I don't believe it's increased quite that high. A Passat 2.0tdi at 140bhp un-chipped felt considerably faster.

    I've had it a year now and love it
    servicing can be expensive though
    just had inspection 2 done last weekend
    and tyres cost a fortune
    wears the rears out really quick...

    i wonder why :D

    Thankfully mine was just serviced last week! The computer shows 15k till the next service ..... might sell it before then hahah.

    The power is amazing mind, i was getting wheelspins in third yesterday on a country roat.... the traction control light was flashing like crazy :lol: I bet i need new rear rubber soon enough ;)
