Aye, I watch it, some of the things are total utter shit like but there's some good ideas, and they ALWAYS end up getting a bigger share than they were prepared to give up :)

I've had one of those block things before though, so it's not a new thing :)

i watch it. It annoys me soooo much though. The people who go on are so unprepared its almost unbelieveable. If you would going into such a situation you would at least know things like your projected turn over, profit, cots etc. And they all back down to easily and give up bigger shares, which makes them look weak..

The people on there are symptomatic of a society in decline. Seems like these days any old pleb thinks they can get rich because they had an idea while they were sitting in the bath one day and their mum thought it was a good idea aswell.

Always good to see people like these shot down in flames - But TV these days seems to be resembling some spoof 1980's science fiction take off these days.

I wonder how long before we see 'Climbing for dollars' on the box (10 Points to Man of Science for knowing where that ones from :) )

    :)

You could probably get away with wearing one of those at a trance night.... as long as you paired it with a scarf and von dutch cap.

Watched the first series, haven't had chance to catch the new one yet. One of me favourite programmes on telly, funnny as fuck looking at all the shit ideas people have - cardboard tables, chairs and umbrellas

Heard that one of the female dragon's companies went bust, not sure if it's true though.

Thats not the hallmarks of a society in decline, its the traits of a prosperous society... They are enpowered from the success of their neighbours... ambition is a good thing.

    You're a right miserable bastard brid :D

Jews and Pakistani's make the best buisness men, just look at the uk rich list.

Us white people have forgot how to graft we are too used to being waited on. While as Jews are Jews and Asians know what is like to have/be nothing... Many business's Darn Sarf prefer taking on Asians or Immergrants for this reason.

    Its a funny old game

Prosperous society my ar*e, look at all the 'insta-fame' shows on TV these days - People want a fast track to being rich and famous without actually putting in the time, effort or even having the talent to do it.

Shows like these and the apprentice show just how much people are desparate for their 15 minutes of fame - even to the point where they think a business plan that sounds like it was written on the back of a fag packet on the way to the television studio.... will be THEIR big break.

The real entrepreneurs with real talent and decent products, as well as other people looking to achieve - do so without relying on tv shows like these to propel them to super stardom.

This is just symptomatic of our insta-gratification mindset these days.

Admit it, you love the stuff i come out with - it gives you something to criticise ;)
