Just depends on what your looking for, I get really poor reception on most networks where I live so I went with Vodafone becasue they have the best coverage

While I have had some very annoying experiences with o2, I will still stick with them when my contract comes up for renewal next month providing they will give me 500 xnet mins and 500 texts and a D600 for £25 a month, my mate got this - and orange have offered me this, so that's what I want!! Altho would settle for 400/400

The problems I had with o2 were before I took over my account. When it was still in my mams name I would ring up to ask some stuff (my mam had given me permission to alter the account over the phone, which was supposed to be on the file)

However, EVERY time I called prior to taking over the account, they would say "sorry, I am not allowed to talk to you. Your name is not on the file saying you have permission. I am therefore terminating this call under the Data Protection Act of 1998"

And that was it, every time.

They boiled my piss to a severe level...dispite me quoting the exact details that they needed..I remember I once said (my mum was away for 2 weeks, my sim card knackered 2 days after she left) "well your system is totally useless to be fair, I could get one of my mates to say she is my mam, quoting MY OWN details that are on the file and you will not hesitate to act on that"

"Well sir I will be making a note on the file of what you have said there"

aye whatever...got pissed off and hung up

BUT since I took over the account I can't complain really, any issues I have (there are very few) are sorted easily and I always find the staff very helpful and friendly (unless they are talking bollocks about the DPA of course)
