    i've cut smoking down from 15+ a day to about 2/3 a day

    i only really drink on weekends

    Up until recently - maybe 10-20 silk cut purples a week. Would only ever buy them if i was meeting friends who smoked and would always offer me them (Nearly all my female friends who smoke, hate to do it alone), so i felt like i needed to return the favour. Not good.

    Booze, friday and saturday would usually get very trollied - and on my new job my colleagues would give george best a run for his money nearly every lunch and evening. Ive managed to avoid that recently tho.

    Been a week since i smoked a single cigarette or had a drink - Its amazing what a difference it makes.

    Shame im out on the lash with my old workmates and at someones house on sunday who likes their wine. Ahh well.

    Booze and Cigarettes = lethal combo.

    I drink once or twice thru the week and dont smoke :D

    Depends how am feeling after work really, i get in after working both jobs sometimes n plough me way thru some stella :up:

    lol thats nowt compared to some!

    i drink and smoke and there is no option for that, i smoke about 5-10 a day depending on what im doing, and i might drink twice a week at the most and only ever till I am drunk some weekends.

    pah i dont want to end up in an old peoples home, i want to go out with a horiffic disease or something :lol:

    If you smoke you are dramatically decreasing your chances of getting Alzheimers as Nicotine surrounds your white bloods cells so the Alzheimers cant get to the cells

    Id say i have between a glass to a litre of wine per night with tea then consume a tiny amount at the weekend :angel2: :rolleyes:

    I like alchol ! i smoke less thuogh the week about two a day then make up for it with 80 - 140 over the weekend !

    i dont smoke at all and i usually only drink at wkends (unless out during week for someones bday or in a blue moon when got money) but never loads, coz i cant handle it next day :oops: :sick:

    i smoke only about 10 a month, thats because im daft enough to buy them before i go clubbing which is normally only once a month now lol

    heard basic instinct likes to smoke a couple of bad boys a month too ;)
