My real name is Michael Grant, hence username Granty. It's been my nickname since Middle school so I thought I'd just use it on here.

I lived in France when i first signed up, and school nick name used to be Willie (from WILkinson), hence French William.

I switched to Andrew W for a while when Mark banned me for suggesting he should call Learn Direct.

My name speaks for itself really, i was a member on the old GC Board ages before this and was called DJGeordie cos im sure the day i joined id just got some ferrit driven decks

I then joined this board or shall i say "the old Promise Board" and took off the DJ bit cos to be fair i am far from one and its a shit name as well

I wouldnt just have my full name really as i dont like it.

If i was to ever change it it would just be to Baldy John cos even tho i am far from baldy the names well and truly stuck

My username is absolutely shocking! Cringe at the thought of it!

Used it when i first signed up to gurn.net and then carried it onto here so some people would recognise it was me.

Basically i chose it all those moons ago, because i used to love wearing anything sparkly...and getting 'sparkled' at weekends

im un-original and couldnt be arsed to make my brain think the day i signed up on here!

mine evolved from childhood days.....

my surname being Potts, some bright spark related it to Botswana and thought it amusing to constantly ask if i was the mayor. This became Pottswana.........which in later years was shortened to Swana!!

I kept the name as my online alias and added 2k in some geeky attempt to look cool!

I shall be mocked throughout cyber space for the rest of my days........... :computer:
