If the government had never sold cigarettes in the first place then there would be no problem. They didnt write a little message on the box saying - "By the way be considerate dont smoke in .... ....... ..... ....." If they had and people had been made more aware from the START this would not be such a massive problem now. Going out in Canada was great when we were there, wicked atmosphere, class drinking, great music, clothes don't stink.
