    The only other place i can think of which might be a good venue for a move would be the Academy, it hasn't opened it's doors yet but looking at the plans they have available on the site it'd be a good place to host a night like Promise. Obviously i have absolutely no idea what the costs would be, whether or not it'd be move expensive but it's worth a look.

    I'm heading along next week for one of the opening gigs so I'll share my thoughts on it.

    bulletproof has moved there so it cant be that pricey surely........AND it's very central

    How does the success of the last night make you feel about ending Promise? Does it not make Foundation realise that it's a really bad idea?

    Month in month out it's really busy and last night was just a testament to what Promise means to so many people in Newcastle.

    Even if it wants go to the commercial route it still seems such a shame that Promise has to go completely :(
