    I like the winter:) Big Socks and Jumpers :love: it's all about being snuggly and warm.

    I'm going home too, haven't been since last xmas so will be nice to see everybody and get spoilt rotten:p

    I absolutely love the winter, sitting next to the fire all wrapped up :love: even better when you look outside and can see the snow.

    If it snows this year i'm defo taking my niece sledging :D :angel2:

    It will snow this year. There has been a SEVERE long forcast for this winter. It could be the worst for 20 years. I am stocking up on oil rads very soon.

    Why anyone would choose wind, rain, coldness, bigger fuel bills, having to dry your clothes indoors (it aint the same as if they are dried on the washing line!), slush, shivering, wetness & muddyness over:

    Sun, days out(side), BBQ's, sunbathing, beer gardens, sun roofs/windows wide open, the beach & being able to wear fresh clothes off the washing line is beyond me...

    there's just something inherently nice about a cold night, you've got a warm coat on - especially in nov/dec... it's all about the time of year.

    now JANUARY - thats miserable... well... almost... :wink:
