    It is at the moment, there will however be some access to the balcony to experiance the Loaded mini city?? more details will follow about this in the next couple of weeks!

    Chris the way you talk about people trying to do nights in the town in like a kick in the teeth :lol: :lol: why bother tip toeing round it and just say you think it will not be a success! :p
