cool. i rarely ring ppl like cos i can either use the works phone or the house phone lol. the tariff i'm gettin is 500 txts and 50mins for £20. n i'll do a 100 txt bolt-on for £5 so its only £25 for 600 txts and 50mins  pretty good like.

why would you advise agenst o2 mate? i've looked on other networks websites n it seems to be the best by far (for price)

what ive found is that it costs a fortune to contact them if you have any problems and have an online tariff. Its premium rate. The o2 shops wont help you out. But apart from that ive had no problems.

Orange are ok but they're so slow in releasing handsets! The one I want has been "Coming Soon" since July!

Good thing about them though is they'll match any price plan from any other network and signal coverage is far generally excellent wherever in the country you are.

I've been doing that for ages, never paid for an upgrade phone for about 5 years now. Think I may have to this time though as I'm not as high a user as I used to be. I know people who work in retentions there and I've not really got many customer points or whatever they work off!

Thinking about changing my number anyway as too many people have it that I don't want to have it so might disconnect and get a better deal as a new customer! :D

yeah, if youre not arsed about keeping the same number then id recommend starting again, you will probably be able to get a better deal, plus people you dont want to have your number wont be able to annoy you anymore!

they were pretty funny with me at first about wanting a new deal but keeping the same number, they did it in the end though!

ive been getting free upgrades as well, and im not a massively high user either

People slate o2 but I've never had a problem with them. I've got o2 online and get 500 free texts and I think it's 200 minutes a month for £30, which is perfect for me.

When I got my phone nicked a few months ago they were very helpful (once I actually got thru to them!) and sent me a new phone very quickly :D
